Subject: Application for Readmission

Mam,

I am Samra Ejaz, a student in the F.Sc premedical 1st year at your college. Due to very serious domestic issues, I could not appear in 2nd term exams held in December 2025. Unfortunately, I could not inform the college authorities of the reason for my absence. Meanwhile, my name has been struck off the role. The admission office told me that I needed readmission with the approval of the principal.

Now I am seeking readmission to the college again. I know I have missed many lessons. I assure you that I will work hard to compensate for my studies. I will show good results in Pre-Board exams.

Kindly give me permission for readmission so that I may be able to continue my studies. I am ready to explain in person to you the reason for my absence.
